Shipping Info

We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in making our gourmet, handmade chocolates. We offer local delivery, overnight, or 2nd day shipping. You can also select a specific arrival date that works best for you.

Service at JIMMIE’S Chocolates begins from the moment you place your order. When you send a gift of JIMMIE’S Chocolates, you can be assured that it will arrive in perfect condition. And when changes in climate or destination require extra care, our chocolates are packed appropriately in climate controlled packaging.

If for any reason your order does not meet with your satisfaction please contact us immediately.

SHIPPING

All orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day. Please note that orders for 2nd Day Shipping placed after 2pm ET on a Wednesday, and orders for Overnight Shipping placed after 2pm on a Thursday will not ship until the following Monday.   All Local Delivery orders placed by 2pm ET will be processed the 2nd  day after ordering, excluding Sundays & Major Holidays.

Because temperatures vary across the country, we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday FedEx shipments.

Please note that all shipping charges are per one single delivery address, and shipping charges are subject to change.

We ship exclusively via FedEx and recommend 2nd Day Shipping during the months of Jan., Feb., March, April, Oct., Nov. and Dec. During the months of May, June, July, August and Sept. we ship our products exclusively overnight via FedEx.

During the months of May through September we will only ship orders overnight, at the customer’s risk.

Presently we do not ship fresh fruit or wine bottles.  We cannot ship to PO Box or APO Addresses.  We only ship to addresses in the contiguous United States.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Our Local Delivery Areas are as follows:

In Broward County: Areas east of 441/St. Rd. 7 to the Beaches, from HIllsboro Blvd south to the County Line. This area also includes the N. Dade cities of Aventura, Sunny Isles, Golden Beach and Bal Harbor.

In Dade County: Areas East of I-95, from the county line south to Coconut Grove. This area also includes Downtown Miami and South Beach.

Other local delivery areas in Palm Beach, Broward and Dade Counties may be available for a premium. We will contact you prior to those deliveries with a delivery quote.

Local Delivery orders will only be delivered to an address that has been confirmed by telephone, and no delivery will be left without being received in person. Confirmed deliveries that are not received will be charged a premium for redelivery.
