Right now we are in the throws of Easter and Passover Chocolate making. Whatever your faith or traditions we wish you blessings! Its always a fun time to make chocolate. Its also a time we really become aware of just how many important days in your life you allow JIMMIE’S CHOCOLATES to be a small part of… Humbling for us! March saw the addition of our newest chocolate lover – our new niece Naveah Marie

The rest of March is a bit of a blurr… There were so many fun times like going out for WMC and special events all month long. I was honored to be asked to cater a special celebration for Ina Lee of TravelHost Media. This event was hosted by people that simply love this dynamic woman; a great day. I really enjoy having a part in such special events. Our team did a spectacular buffet of really interesting finger foods, and Baker Don from JIMMIE’S Chocolates did an amazing cake for the event!!
Check it out – Chocolate & Mocha cake layered with Chocolate Ganache and covered in fresh Chocolate Butter Cream finished with Chocolate lettering and candy orchids. Yum!!
Oh, and my little B-Day was in March too. I know. I know…. Seems a bit self indulgent to even mention it but I HAVE GOT TO thank all the regulars that got wind and gave me great birthday wishes! So nice… Then there was my lunch…. Alex (from JIMMIE’S in Dania) & Hubby fed the entire crew a lunch in my honor with all the Austrian specialties I love. How thoughtful was that?? I had a most fun dinner over that weekend with Family & Friends that left me feeling majorly blessed! Thanks to everyone…
My B-Day party seemed to continue all week!! I painted the town red with my BFF PIC… Hello!! Had a blast for the big 4-OH!
And that was March! Whew… Thank you all for your support and loyalty. Our crew will keep making the very best for you to enjoy .. We Promise!!
Okay.. Now I’m ready for Spring to kick into high gear !!!
